Dr. Denis Garceau directs Neurochem's Drug Development program, from toxicology to regulatory
submissions and clinical evaluation through to approval of new products, and has been with the
Company since March 1997. As a clinical scientist and Product Team Leader for Hoechst Marion
Roussel, Dr. Garceau successfully oversaw North American clinical programs and participated in
global clinical development steering committees. Dr. Garceau was responsible for developing
clinical operating plans, designing clinical protocols, and supervising clinical trials.
Dr. Garceau holds a Ph.D in Pharmacology from the Université de Montréal, where he
is currently a guest lecturer (Pharmacology) for the Faculty of Pharmacy.
